Library Hours

Reservations and Appointments

The Main Library provides students and faculty with the ability to reserve one of two classrooms or three study rooms for collaborative or quiet study. Skyline Library also has nine study rooms that are available for collaborative or quiet study. By clicking on one of the links below, you will be taken to the calendar of the room that you choose. To book the room, click an open (green) time slot and fill out your name and email address. A confirmation email will be sent to the address that you provide.  You must click on the link provided in the email to confirm or cancel your booking. You can then use that email as proof of your reservation.

Additionally, the librarians at the Health Sciences Library offer consultations to assist with searching, citing, and using information technologies (see our class listing for a sample of some topics).* Consultations can be in person or via Zoom online meeting software with screen sharing capabilities. The link below will take you to the form that you can use to request a consultation with a Reference Librarian. Include as much information as possible. If it it easier, you can also request a consultation via phone (914) 594-4200.

If you need assistance with editing or formatting a paper, please contact the Academic Support Writing Specialist, Erika Maikish:

Lastly, the Health Sciences Library offers a poster printing service to all students and faculty. You can either make an appointment by clicking on the link below, or you can use our drop-off service. Drop-off service does not require an appointment. Posters files that are dropped off via email or flash drive will be printed in 1-2 days, and you will be notified when it is ready for pickup. For more details regarding poster formatting, drop-off service instructions, and service fees, including same-day service, check out our poster printing guide.
