About Us

The Access Services Department maintains the database of registered library users and provides the core library services Circulation, Course Reserves, and Interlibrary Loan. Additionally, Access Services provides poster printing and evening and weekend educational media services for the university.

The Health Sciences Library provides students and faculty with the ability to reserve study rooms and classrooms for collaborative or quiet study. Clicking on the links below will take you to the calendar of the library branch (Main or Skyline) that you choose. To book a room, click an open (green) time slot and fill the reservation form. A confirmation email will be sent to the address that you provide. Your confirmation email contains your reservation information and a link to cancel should you need it. 

Interlibrary Loan (ILLiad) is a document ordering system which allows registered patrons of the Health Sciences Library to order resources (both books and articles) that the library does not own. For more information, please check out our ILLiad guide here.

The Health Sciences Library now offers coil binding service to the New York Medical College community. You can use this service to create spiral bound notes, manuals, or to rebind existing publications such as study guides, etc. For more information, please check out our Coil Binding guide here.
