The Access Services Department maintains the database of registered library users and provides the core library services: circulation, course reserves, and interlibrary loan. Additionally, Access Services provides poster printing and evening and weekend educational media services for the university.

The primary function of the User Support, Education & Research Services (USER Services) staff in the library is to assist members of the NYMC with their research through education, consultation, and provision of help materials to assist users in navigating the resources of the Health Sciences Library. AMA Manual of Style by
The AMA Manual of Style is a must-have resource for anyone involved in medical, health, and scientific publishing. Written by an expert committee of JAMA Network editors, this latest edition addresses issues that face authors, editors, and publishers in the digital age. Information Technology (IT) is dedicated to assisting NYMC’s students, faculty and staff with their technology issues. Support is provided for Windows and Macintosh hardware and software, Exchange Email, wireless connectivity, Virtual Private Network (VPN) connectivity, and password expiration and resets.
