Library classes are designed to help students, faculty and employees navigate the resources and products available at the HSL. Librarian-led instruction sessions also boost competency in finding information and evaluating, synthesizing and applying information to produce a quality end product. See our HSL Information Management Competencies. The library offers instruction on using PubMed, RefWorks, PowerPoint, MS Access, and more.
To register for a class, fill out the Class & Instruction Request Form or browse our Current HSL Classes chart below and click on the guide's "Register for this Class" button, which will then direct you to the registration form.
If we do not currently offer a class that you need, you can use the Class & Instruction Request Form to suggest a class. To do so, select "Interested in a different class?" from the "Which class are you interested in?" drop-down menu. Once you submit the form, our Reference staff will then consider the request and contact you with further details.
