New York Medical College Archives

The College Archives and Health Sciences Library sponsor and maintain a wide range of exhibits and events to promote an interest in College history and in the history of medcine more broadly. These include lectures on historical topics, permanent historical exhibits at various locations throughout the campus, and traveling exhibits sponsored by the National Library of Medicine (NLM).

Upcoming Exhibits and Events

• Frankenstein: Penetrating the Secrets of Nature (tbd)
  • This National Library of Medicine traveling exhibit, originally scheduled to be on display from May 11, 2020 through June 20, 2020, has been postponed due to the COVID-19 outbreak. Details will be added to this site when it is rescheduled.

Permanent Exhibits

The New York Medical College campus is home to many permanent exhibits documenting aspects of the College's rich history. The construction of a web presence for the permanent exhibit collection is currently ongoing.
